In the case proposed by Diony , signing multiple elements by id, simply change the newSignedInfo to: // Create the SignedInfo final List transforms0... I must admit that I don't understand transformations, so take my example code with a grain of salt. Also, signing a doc fragment by PATH does not work, simply because there's no way to identify the fragment with a URI without referring to it by id. Reference ode from org.jcp.xml.dsig.internal.dom.DOMURIDereferencer : // Check if same-document URI and register...

Facts: Dynamic proxy classes are generated by the Java runtime, from a list of interfaces given by the user. The generated proxy class implements all interfaces given by the user. The dynamic proxy class is not synthetic . The dynamic proxy class is useless without a user supplied InvocationHandler class, since there's only one constructor for the proxy class and it takes a InvocationHandler as parameter. Example code: import java.lang.reflect.Constructor; import ja... Output: Class: $Proxy0 isSynthetic: false Constructo...

The String.format() method provides versatile formatting capabilities. This tutorial tries to present these capabilities in a accessible manner. The format string A format string can contain zero, one, or more format specifiers . The general form of a format specifier is: %[argument_index$] [flags] [width] [.precision]co... where things in square brackets are optional, and conversion is a character indicating the conversion to be applied to the corresponding variable value. The only required characters in the format specifier is the percent sign % and the conversion character. A simple example: public static void simpleFormat() { System.out... For XML resources, Android returns an XmlPullParser reference. I tried the RSSReader example from xmlpull.org , it failed both on the Android emulator and with xpp3-1.1.4c . This is an example for XmlPullParser usage. Since the XmlPullParser is event based, a callback mechanism works better. Java code: import java.io.*; import java.net.*; import ... The XML file used: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <catalog...
