Manually create openid sqlstore tables for use with Django

  1. Enter django interactive shell:
    $ python manage.py shell
    

  2. Create the openid tables:
    >>> from django.db import connection
    >>> connection.cursor()
    <django.db.backends.util.CursorDebugWrapper object at 0x9753f2c>
    >>> from openid.store import sqlstore
    >>> sqlstore.PostgreSQLStore(connection.connection).createTables()
    >>>
